A New Year but will YOU Change for the Better?

I get daily emails from athletes wanting to improve or change their life.

So many of them are struggling to find that first base hit to get them started.

Can you relate to that? You are up to bat and feel like you are striking out?

Or you try to get a hit and end up with a foul ball?

Or maybe you do get a base hit but get thrown out at second.

I can completely relate with that as I failed out of BUDS my first time through.

I got all the way to the midway point (second base) and then got thrown out heading towards third.

I was devastated but I knew that I had the courage to step back up and go again.

I went back to the chalk board and tried to figure out what I did wrong.

I took notes and devised a new plan that would carry me through to finish the drill.

Can you feel me on that? Can I get a head nod if you know what I mean.

Having a plan can mean the difference between winning the game – and going home a loser.

I know I want to win when I walk on the field of life.
