Advanced athletes wear a weight vest.
do a second round if you are feeling froggy.
If you cannot do dead hang pull-ups then do Australian pull-ups.

*hello darlings = lay on your back with legs at 6 inches high off the deck. Spread legs wide and then back together. That is one rep.
Advanced athletes can scale up and double reps and use a weight vest for exercises (not on the run).
**kick up/kick out is exactly like it sounds. While standing up kick up with your foot then put back down – then kick out with your foot and then put down. Think like you are doing a karate kick.
