Just got in a box of the Frog Fuel and will be using it on all of my next endurance mountain bike rides and workouts.
I had used the fuel on a GORUCK Challenge that I did in Atlanta a few years back.

I used Frog Fuel packs when I trained for and completed a GORUCK Challenge. I just put 2 packs in my ruck for the overnight event and these did the trick. It gave me carbs to burn and went down easy (did not come back up) despite doing hard workouts. I would recommend it to all of our SGPT athletes.
One ounce is equal to a gallon of milk. Or 170 grams of meat or 210 grams of break or 4 pounds of potatoes. How about that for packing in a lot of good calories?

Question: How many miles a day would you run during BUDS?
Answer: Every morning we ran to the chow hall and back. Then we may have a 4 mile run or a 2 mile swim or run the obstacle course.
