Heavy object AMRAP

Get ready for another good workout.

20 minute AMRAP:

50 m walking lunge

50 m heavy object carry on the shoulder (ideally, a heavy sandbag with around 60+% of your bodyweight, but a kettlebell in front rack, heavy dumbell, or ruck loaded with rocks and shouldered will do)

25 Pullups

25 Burpees

25 Squats with the heavy object – bearhug or goblet squats if it’s a KB/Dumbbell.

25 Pushups
