Write down one thing you will learn today to help move you towards your 1%. Pick up a book or tutorial and dive into that subject. Think of one physical thing you can do now to improve your body and mind. Walking? Jogging? Yoga? Martial arts? Get out there and start doing it now. Force your body to move. Get outside and get some fresh air. Use the mind and body to grow yourself 1% today.
