Allow it to give you strength as you work through the bottom.

Say that quote every day to yourself and you will become stronger 1% daily.
That quote exudes strength. Allowing you to endure any hardship. We know that hardship builds strong character.
Anyone that has gone through a hard time and can keep their chin up and head held high knows deep down that they have become stronger.

In the lowest times you can be confused and distracted.
That is when you need your affirmations the most as they drive out the negative and reinforce the positive.
What are your affirmations? Write them down. Use them daily to move yourself forward 1% towards your goal.
