Jessica’s recovery smoothie
Fresh blueberries
almond and coconut milk blend
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 scoop Bulletproof coffee collagen protein,
1 teaspoon stevia
and add ice
blend it all up.
Perfect follow up to hard training!
