I just wanted to email you and ask who some of the most motivational people have been in your life and why? How did you stay motivated for both your country and fellow soldier while training for buds? I have used navy seal training as a hub for staying in shape. From swimming to running to cross training, the overall ability to stay in shape like a navy seal is an ultimate goal and I believe I was there. Only recently I broke my ankle on a day off from training for a marathon and have six to eight weeks of recovery plus rehab. I am only three days post surgery with eight screws and a plate in my left ankle, more than prepared for the healing process, both physically and mentally. I am left sitting on my ass daily with the thought that I won’t be able to run the Seattle marathon and I can’t do any of the normal activities I once participated in on a daily basis. I would love to hear some motivational advice and or workouts from you personally.
