Check out the Top 10 Tactical stocking stuffer list from SGPT.
What is on your list?
Post up in comments at the bottom of this article.
Each week we will pick the best list and send you something cool from that list.
Happy Holidays b@tches.
#10 MECHANIX GLOVES
These are my go-to gloves for shooting, mountain biking and yard work.
I now have 3 sets of Mechanix Wear Tactical MultiCam FastFit and at under $20 they are a super great value.
I have worn through the fingers in my first pair and they still work great.
We cannot recommend these enough – 5 stars in our book.
I am getting ready to buy a pair as a gift for a friend in our neighborhood.
#9 SOG KNIFE
If you want to make your tactical guy or gal super happy this season –
then slip a SOG Salute Folding Knife in their stocking.
These knifes are built tough but have a nice price that is easy on the wallet (under $28).
You cannot go wrong with this pick as it is an every day carry blade that will stand up to daily routine.
Grab one and your gonna like it.
These may be one of the best hiking socks I have ever owned.
The Darn Tough Vermont Darn Tough Hiking Socks are so good that they issue these at Navy SEAL BUDS training.
I have not been able to wear out a pair that I bought two years ago.
These socks wear soft and not too thick and are great for preventing blisters.
Sure to crack a smile on any outdoor fitness freak’s face and last for a long time.
These socks are guaranteed for life. If you wear one out then you can send them back and get a free pair. Pretty good deal.
#8 GERBER DIME
As soon as I saw the Gerber Dime Multi-Tool I knew that I had to have it.
For under $15 this tool has all the things you want in a multi but without the bulk.
I put this in my every day carry bag and it also goes with me on mountain bike rides.
This is just too cool and it works great also.
#7 SMARTWOOL BEANIE
Having a wool cap stuffed inside your jacket or pack can make the difference between having a great day outside or freezing your butt off.
The Smartwool cap is lightweight and built tough and is a wool blend that will not let you down.
I have used a beanie cap on the windy shores of the beaches in Ireland to sideways snow in Canada.
Always a good choice and a nice price at under $29 and guaranteed to keep you warm.
Are your feet blistered from last weeks GORUCK event?
The Trail Toes: Phenomenal Ultra-Extreme, Anti-Friction Foot balm gets recommended by more SGPT athletes than any other balm for long endurance events.
Even if your not going out on a ruck hike that day – rub this balm into your cracked dry feet and your skin will love it.
Highly recommended to keep your feet happy and keep you on the trail longer.
#5 LONE SURVIVOR
Hands down one of the best military books I have ever read.
Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10 gets a ton of great reviews.
If you already have this book then grab one for a friend for under $9.
I bought one to give to my son for Christmas.
#4 PUNISHER PATCH
The Tactical USA Flag with Punisher Patch 2″x3″- By Ranger Return is just too cool to pass up.
American flag and the Punisher skull? Love it.
Everybody can use an extra patch for their hat or rucksack.
I grabbed two – one for my son and one for me and put it on my ha.
#3 FLASHLIGHT
We have used one of the 5.11 Tactical 53211 TMT PL EDC Flashlight
for the last 2.5 years and it works every time.
That is what you want in a small light – dependability and your not having to shake it to make it work.
For under $50 this is a great gift that will last for years and sure to light up your space.
I currently have mine in my truck and carry it with me on any overnight camping trips.
I am going to buy an extra one for a buddy of mine as a birthday present but I may keep it.
It uses a simple AA battery and last a long time for every day use.
#2 CACHE BATTERY
We have been using and abusing GOAL ZERO 21904 Flip 10 Recharger for the past year.
These are our go-to battery source in the field for a long day on the range or an overnight mountain bike ride.
These batteries work every time and a small to carry.
If you need a larger battery we recommend the GOAL ZERO 22008 Venture 30 Power Pack.
It will give you multiple charges for a cell phone or keep your bike light running all night for 8 hours plus.
#1 EYEWEAR
These are the most bad @ss eyewear we have put on our face.
Built to last with high speed materials – the Gatorz sunglasses are heavy duty and ready for anything you can throw at it.
I personally like the “Wraptor” – pictured above and wear them at the range.
The lenses are super hard and can protect from you light debris when you are riding or trail running.
