Question: Coach, I’m graduating high school next year and I’ve been talking to a Navy recruiter and I’ll be joining up when I turn 18 in November. I’m also thinking about trying for BUDS and signed up for your training program last month and it’s awesome. Do you have any other tips for me?
Answer: We sure do. Make sure you’re also working on your grip strength for pull-ups. There’s loads of tips here about how to do that. Get a baseline for Murph and test yourself on it once a month.
