When CrossFit first emerged – it was known for the “Girls” workouts named Angie, Cindy, Fran, and Helen. The new CrossFit Girls have burst on the scene and they are real beauties. Introducing This month we introducing Isabel, Jackie, Karen, Linda, Mary, and Nancy. You will certainly be seeing them in the CrossFit lineup at your local gym.
Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps
Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

Clean – 3/4 body weight

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats(pistols), alternating
(modify pistols (if needed) by touching/holding post)
5 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
