The New CrossFit Girls

20111008-024924.jpgWhen CrossFit first emerged – it was known for the “Girls” workouts named Angie, Cindy, Fran, and Helen. The new CrossFit Girls have burst on the scene and they are real beauties. Introducing This month we introducing Isabel, Jackie, Karen, Linda, Mary, and Nancy. You will certainly be seeing them in the CrossFit lineup at your local gym.

Isabel workout
For time:
Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps
Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

Jackie workout
1000 Meter Row
50 Thrusters, 45lbs (30 lbs women)
30 pullups
For time (if no rower then run)
Post time to comments.

“Linda” – aka 3 bars of death
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Bench press – Body Weight
Deadlift – 1.5 times body weight
Clean – 3/4 body weight
Note time and weights used

“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats(pistols), alternating
15 Pull-ups
(modify pistols (if needed) by touching/holding post)

Nancy workout
5 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
