10 wide pushups typewriter side to side
10 reg pushups
rest 2 minutes then start again.

10 squats with muay thai knee kicks
jog in place
5 rounds

For time but with great form
10 burpees
20 sit ups
10 pushups
20 situps
10 jumping jacks
20 situps
rest 2 minutes and do again.


5 rounds
Plank hold for 1 minute
Punch bag 30 seconds
20 pushups
Post your results in your training journal
