10 pushups
10 fingertip pushups
10 wide pushups typewriter side to side
10 reg pushups
rest 2 minutes then start again.

Bodyweight Workouts at – The Naked Warrior

Workout #2
Jog in place
10 pushups
10 squats with muay thai knee kicks
jog in place
5 rounds
