PROS:
What we like. The Salomon X Ultra Mid 2 GTX shoe wicks away moisture quick and easy to break in.

What we don’t like.

The tongue gussets don’t go up high enough like previous models. Some athletes have said the boots can leak but we did not find that after numerous stream crossings and rainy days.

CONS:
What we don’t like.

Some athletes have experienced the Vibram sole wearing through in 200 miles of hiking.
