Perform 30 reps of each exercise
Chest Press
Body Rows
TRX Squat jumps
Squat and Reach (30 each side)
Oblique Twist
TRX lunge jumps (one legged) (30 each side)
Atomic press up
Body Saws
TRX push ups
Tricep press
You can mix up the order or add more exercises – the point is to do 300 reps in good form.
