Question: Is your 180-day workout possible to do from a semi truck? Minimum resistance band gym, sit-up bench and running shoes is pretty much what I have access to.
Answer: Yeah. you will be good. If you can make a heavy bag from a military duffel and some sand you are even better off. You have to get creative but it will work.
