In Blonyx HMB+ Creatine, the HMB stands for β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate.
HMB is a naturally occurring compound that is derived from the amino acid leucine.

Blonyx HMB Creatine Review
This is my first time taking any kind of HMB product to help me recover. I like this product as its simple and not over complicated. Just 2 ingredients, and they show all the open research about Blonyx HMB Creatine and had a friend recommend their website.
This was the first time that I had used a supplement like creatine. I had read alot of literature of some of my friends were using it. I was mostly worried that it would upset my stomach or make me gain water weight. Neither one happened.
First off – I would only use about 2 grams a day. I put it in my coffee in the morning and I can feel the difference. It does not upset my stomach or make me gain water weight. It does help me hold on to what little bit of muscle I have. More important it helps older athletes with brain cognition.
