Lurong Elite Focus review

I picked up a bottle of Lurong Elite Focus a few months back and wanted to write up my notes from using a bottle and give feedback.

WHY TAKE IT?
I found that I was having some brain fog later on in the mid morning and was open to try a supplement that has nootropic abilities. Lurong Elite Focus gives you an added boost for work or when you need to be focused on a task.

Sure; you can drink another cup of stiff black coffee but I am trying to limit my coffee intake to two cups daily. You could also drink a soda or energy drink to give you some go. But those are full of useless calories and excess sugar that you dont want in your body.

ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE
Elite Focus has a big dose of Vitamin B6 and B12. When my Dad is feeling tired he goes to the local doctor and gets an injection of B vitamin. This is like getting an extra dose without having to go to the doctor.

In reading the lable you will see there are no harmful caffeine or sugar. Both of which can give you a quick burst of energy but only to leave you crashed on the other side.

By taking one pill every few hours you can only take as much as you need and not take too much.

The herbs in Elite Focus are shown to help your adrenal glands, which will make your body healthier and more able to adapt to stress in the future.

A bottle has 30 servings of 2 pills per serving. It contains several herbs and vitamins.

HOW DO I KNOW IT IS WORKING?
That is a good question.

L-Tyrosine
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid precursor for epinephrine (adrenaline), giving a natural energy boost in the body, without the crash that caffeine leaves you with.

Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate
Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (P5P) is the active form of vitamin B6 which is a vital amino acid activation and energy production.

Niacinamide
Niacinamide (B3) has been shown in research to be anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, and to increase endurance.

Pantothenic Acid
Pantothenic Acid (B5) can help repair your adrenal glands. B5 is needed in the production of Coenzyme A which can help your adrenal glands deal with excess stress in your day to day life.

Methylcobalamin
Vitamin B12 has been shown to provide relief to those battling depression. It is needed to help to treat pernicious anemia by increasing red blood cell production.

L-Carnitine
After a hard workout or long endurance event your muscle tissue will begin to break down. Taking L-Carnitine can help muscle repair during and after tough workouts. It has also been shown to decrease cholesterol.

Ginseng
The Chinese have known about ginseng for over 2,000 years and have used it as a powerful medicinal her to help increase energy and concentration. Long distance runners have been known to add this to their race hydration mix or consume as a pill.

Chuchuhuasi
Found deep in the Amazon rainforest this tree produces and herb that helps you to enhance your energy levels during the day.
