Life is incredibly short.
Only a few play #BIG as they realize this daily – they Find a Way to Win.
Stop making excuses and playing small. Being the Victim.
Today is your day to rebuild yourself and your dreams.
We have to work every day to “Find a Way to Win”.
You can hear it as soon as a person opens their mouth.
They make excuses and talk about woulda coulda shoulda.
Turn your language around and you turn around your thoughts.
No one can argue with that fact. When you speak about positive goals then your mind is drawn towards that dream.
As soon as you speak in a positive way you are 1% better.
Find a Way to Win daily.
Track your thoughts and speech today. When ever you say or think something negative — write it down. Replace that talk with a positive talk. Say that again to yourself. Play it again in your mind. Write over the bad language with good language. At the end of the day lets say you have 12 things you have said. Do this again the next day and more than likely you will have 11 or 10. See how this works. Continue to work and condition your mind to only speak good thoughts and you will see that you will grow 1% daily from your efforts and move faster towards your goals and dream.

QUESTION: Coach, what do you like to add to your workout shakes?
ANSWER: I use Athletic Greens in our shakes. It’s got tons of great nutrition—vitamins and minerals. Plus it mixes up easy in milk or water.
