US Navy SEAL David Goggins Gives Insider Tips on Being a True Competitor

Check out this awesome video David Goggins posted on his Facebook page.

About getting out there and getting it, Goggins says:

“Don’t be the person that looks at the weather report the night before to decide what you are going to do the next day.

What that means is don’t be the person who sees if it is going to rain or snow or be too hot or cold and make your decision off of that forecast. Whatever Mother Nature puts in front of you, go out and attack it.

Trust me, if you are a true competitor in life and decide not to do something because of the elements, your decision will come back to haunt you later in the day. Be a true competitor in life! It takes hours even years of training to feel a few seconds of victory.”
