I sprained my right wrist, what exercises can i do to strengthen my wrists? And can i still do barbell squats? It bothers me when i do over head press a little, but feels ok when i do barbell rows?? My wrist also bothers me when i rotate it left and right. Any pointers or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

ANSWER: Good question Andre. I would first make sure that your wrist is completely healed up. You can build up your wrist and forearms by performing several exercises.
