SEAL grinder PT – American Legion Workout

Come join us at American Legion Post #140 at Chastain Park in Buckhead (intown Atlanta, GA) – as we jump in for a killer bodyweight workout and burn 1000 calories in one hour. This is your chance to set goals for the new year and burn off that holiday layer of extra warmth.  All workouts with a certified  CrossFit  trainer and former  Navy SEAL .

SEALgrinderPT is a Navy SEAL bodyweight workout with pushups, running, lunges, and a wide mix of exercises to work your entire body.  Before and after each workout we have deep stretching and finish off the workout with yoga stretching.

Where: American Legion Post #140 in Chastain Memorial Park in Buckhead – 3950 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA
Time: 6 am every Wednesday and Friday
from March 2nd to April 29th (8 weeks)
Cost: $240 ($30 per week for 8 weeks for 16 total sessions)

We will guarantee to help you get in shape for anything – anytime. You do NOT have to be an elite athlete to join us.  Just a will to learn and improve yourself.

All workouts are scaleable (you can do at your own pace and ability).

No screaming instructors or water hoses (unless you pay extra and reaaalllly want it).
