The British Special Air Service has been a bad*ss force since WWII. Recently, one soldier showed ISIS exactly how bad*ss they are by going undercover in ISIS territory, taking out 6 ISIS members single-handedly and returning unhurt and with important info. QUESTION: Hello. I know I am probably grasping at straws here. But i am obese. And would love to be on my road to being healthy. Would this be too hard of a workout to do? My doctor okayed me for starting crossfit. I have bought some things for my back yard such as a weighted sled, battle ropes, an athletic sandbag and kettle bells… along with jump rope. Should i give this a go? Or wait until I lose 100 lbs. I am 5’6 and 263 lbs at the moment. Thank you for your time. I appreciate you.

ANSWER: Yes, you can definitely do the 90-Day Strength and Conditioning Program. The best place to start is at the beginning. And doing 10% of a challenging workout is 1000% better than doing 0%.
