How to Make a Kettlebell

How to make a kettle bell

We love doing minimalist workouts here at SEALgrinderPT. Check out these tips and videos on how to make a kettlebell to use in your garage gym.

Step #1:
Get all of your supplies ready and a place to work. You will need PVC plastic pipe and a bag of concrete and a mold to put the concrete in.

Step #2:
Cut the PVC and heat it up in your stove so that you can bend it into the shape you need. After you bend it and it cools – pour wet concrete in it for stability.

Step #3:
Get a bucket or old basketball and use as a mold. Cut a slit in the ball and pour in concrete. While still wet push the PVC pipe into the concrete over 6 inches to make your handle.

Step #4:
Let the DIY kettlebell set for 24 hours plus to set up and dry. You can then peel off the basketball skin. Tape up the PVC to make it stick to you hand better. You are now ready to workout.
