Check out the reviews and videos for the Merrell Sawtooth boots and you make the best choice for your feet on your next big hike.

The Merrell Sawtooth Boot is a versatile and dependable hiking boot that’s designed to tackle a wide range of outdoor adventures. Known for its comfort, durability, and traction, it’s a favorite among hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Currently the Merrell Sawtooth is not available but I personally like the Merrell Moab.

Upper Material: The Sawtooth Boot features a combination of nubuck leather and mesh, offering both durability and breathability. The leather adds protection, while the mesh enhances ventilation.
Waterproofing: This boot comes in both waterproof and non-waterproof versions. The waterproof model incorporates Merrell’s M Select DRY technology to keep your feet dry in wet conditions.
Midsole: The EVA midsole provides excellent cushioning and support, reducing foot fatigue during long hikes.
Outsole: The Vibram TC5+ outsole offers superior traction on a variety of terrains, including rocky trails and wet surfaces.
Lacing System: The traditional lacing system allows for a secure and customized fit.
Weight: Weighing in at around 2 pounds per pair, the Sawtooth Boot strikes a good balance between lightweight design and rugged durability.

Merrell Sawtooth Boot Review:

The Merrell Sawtooth Boot has been my trusted companion on countless hiking adventures, and it continues to impress with its combination of comfort and durability. The nubuck leather and mesh upper not only offer a blend of protection and breathability but also contribute to the boot’s overall lightness, allowing for agility on the trail. I’ve opted for the waterproof version with M Select DRY technology, which has kept my feet dry even in torrential downpours and soggy terrains.

One of the standout features of the Sawtooth Boot is the EVA midsole. It provides an exceptional level of cushioning and support, making long hikes feel less taxing on my feet. Even after hours on the trail, I rarely experience discomfort or fatigue. The Vibram TC5+ outsole ensures reliable traction on different surfaces, and I’ve felt confident navigating rocky, uneven paths and wet, slippery conditions.

The Sawtooth Boot’s traditional lacing system allows for a secure and customizable fit, ensuring that the boot stays comfortably snug during various outdoor activities. While it’s not the lightest hiking boot available, its blend of durability, waterproofing, and comfort more than compensates for its weight. Overall, the Merrell Sawtooth Boot is a reliable and well-rounded choice for outdoor enthusiasts who demand a boot that can handle diverse terrains and weather conditions with ease.
