We have 4 Basic Steps to Learning to Be Mentally Tough. If you apply these steps to your training program and then test yourself. You will see results.
Work on getting 1% better every day. To do this, just focus on on doing everything 1% better every day. Washing the dishes, your laundry, your workout etc. Just make that effort to just do it a little bit better. You will be amazed at the results.
Practice the fundamentals while learning new skills. The fundamentals are your foundation. Practice them! Maintain good for when training, make your bed in the morning, eat clean healthy food. Learning new skills is how you grow and build confidence. With confidence comes the ability to conquer nearly any task.
Don’t be afraid to fail. Failure happens. It’s part of life. Don’t dwell on it. Analyze the failure, learn what worked and what didn’t. Move on. It’s that simple.
