If You Can’t Walk, Then F-ing Crawl

I’ve got bad news for you.

You’re going to fail.

But I’ve also got good news for you (if you follow SGPT).

Once you are down on the ground.

You can either lay there and die like a wounded dog 0r…

You can crawl your @ss up out of the ditch and back to safety to fight another day.

You’re going to learn from failure, and you’re going to overcome.

At SGPT – We are Overcomers.  We will not be held down.

You see – our “Dream” is our destiny.

We cannot be denied and held back from our dream.

Yes; it will be incredibly hard at times.

Sheep people (sheeple) will laugh at you and mock you.

We dont lose our temper or get frustrated with them as we know that we are on a mission.

We always Fight to Win!

Anything worth doing is difficult, and many times you will feel like giving up.

But that’s where mental toughness comes in.

That’s were hours and hours of pushing yourself to the limit will come to bear fruit.

Question: Coach Brad; I need to lose a few pounds and feel like my belly is bloated with excess fat.

I saw the SGPT article you wrote last year but can’t find it now.

How did you lose those 15 pounds as i really need to get it done and have a plan? Joe Thomas.

Answer: Good question, Joe.

I cut out all processed sugar and carbs.

I ate more lean meats and vegetables. I had to give up late night ice cream and pizza. If you want get serious about losing excess fat then those are your biggest culprits.

I also used a green supplement like Athletic Greens to help me get all of the extra mico-nutrients that I was missing.

Question: Coach; I want to train for a GORUCK light that is coming up in the spring.  I am not in shape so how do I get started?

Answer: Good question. I would start by walking in your neighborhood and then slowly add a 10 lb weight vest. Check out this SGPT article: GORUCK Training Tips
