What are you going to do next? What is your next goal?
Mental toughness is about more than just being strong for the 10 minutes of your CrossFit workout.
It is about being strong for the long haul for 24 hours, 60 hours, over the years and even decades.
It’s about deciding to override and pushing through your body’s decision to quit and the negative thinking running in your head.
It means getting back up after you have had the $#%t kicked out of you – dusting yourself off and rising up to the next challenge.

Question: Coach, how to change self talk and mental toughness?
Answer: With a 3×5 card write down every time you make a negative mental statement. Then next to that statement write a positive statement. This will be your new mantra that you will say to yourself with negative ideas pop into your head.
