MY PERSONAL STORY
I can attest to my own training. When I changed my gut biome during the 2020 Covid it was as if I had shaved 10 years off my life. I know that I had more energy, more stamina and very rarely a sick day. I have been tracking this through data on my Whoop heart rate monitor. It is amazing that by changing the gut biome that you can have this much of an increase in energy (ability to perform any task).

I have talked about this multiple times during the Covid pandemic about how I was changing my gut biome and the methods I was using at that time. During the pandemic I was flying all over the country and exposed to Covid multiple times. At one point I was driving Covid patients from treatment facilities. I was wearing a full hazmat suit which was a crazy sight in itself.
