Tough Times Don’t Last

Tough times don’t last but tough athletes do.

Anyone can lay down and give up on their dream.

Let their minds play tricks on them and say it is not worth it.

But a true warrior walks through fire and resist the will to break.

We can bend but we will not break.

By being grateful for the people around us we can draw strength.

Being grateful allows us to focus on what is good – and repel the things that are not good.

Find out how a Navy SEAL went through Tough Times to accomplish Goals

SGPT Homework:
What are you grateful for? Write it down. Say thanks for all that you are grateful for.

Question: What is a good book I can read now to help move me forward towards my goal?

Check out this old classic The Power of Positive Thinking. It has all the right stuff to get you moving forward.

Once you have read the book go back through and highlight certain passages and put them on 3×5 cards and read them aloud.
