Diet:
Before the 2015 CrossFit Games, Matt was not on a super strict diet and occassionally would eat a pint of ice cream or donuts for dessert. After being beaten by Ben Smith in 2015 he switched up his training and adhered to a strict diet. He dropped 10 pounds and his competition wins started to stack up.

Matt uses NSF Protein to help her recover from multiple workouts a day.
