The cannonball system is just what is needed in our garage gym to help push our athletes that are looking to get that extra edge.
Tired of falling off the bar from pull ups and toe to bars, we have been training with the Cannonball and looking for results.
The powercoated outer layer has a good texture and the webbing strap and carabiner make it easy to hook into a kettleball to add resistance for farmers carries.
I would recommend the Cannonball for your garage gym or CrossFit box.

These came in a couple days ago and I took them to train yesterday. when you weigh 300lbs, pullups on these become so much more. We did these right after some Rolling thunder work, and we were spent. AMAZING PRODUCTS.

Great for pull-ups & farmers carries. These are great for pull-up grips and throwing on kettlebells to make farmer carries harder and grip burners, also easy to just throw in your bag to use at home and the gym!
