Ace – WOD
ace card(weighted vest optional)
Run 1 mile
then 3 rounds for time…
Air squats x 20
Burpees x 20,
Sit up x 20
Run 1 mile
record total time

* leave weighted vest behind on the run if you like
**Advanced can do 5 rounds and up the reps.
