3. 10 dips, 10 8-count bodybuilders
4. 10 hello darlings, 10 push-ups
5. 10 sit-ups, 10 flutter kicks
6. 10 push-ups, 10 dips
7. 10 8-count bodybuilders, 10 hello darlings
8. 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups
9. 10 flutter kicks, 10 pull-ups
10. 10 dips, 10 8-count body builders
11. 10 hello darlings, 10 push-ups
12. 10 sit-ups, 10 four count flutter kicks
13. 10 push-ups, 10 dips
Beginners scale as needed – do 1 round
Intermediate 2 rounds
Advanced can add weight vest or more rounds
yes; you do 400 meter run at start of all rounds
don’t run with a weight vest on this workout
