For time:
100 squats
100 sit-ups
100 push-ups
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 air squats (no weight)

Beginners can cut pull ups in half and use Australian pull ups.
Advanced can add weighted vest and 400 meter runs between each set of 100.
