25 Flutter kicks four-count
50 Air squats
15 Pull-ups dead hang
25 Lunges each leg
10 Diamond push-ups
Run 1.5 miles

Repeat WOD if desired
Advanced athletes can wear weight vest on calisthenics (not run)
* 4 count pushup goes like this: down is 1 up is 2 down again is 3 up again is 4 — which counts as 1 pushup.
