The plank hold will work your core, strengthen your back and shoulders.

Plus it is something you can do daily… without any gear and you can do it in your home.

Day 25 is 250 seconds (4 minutes 10 seconds) of plank hold today

if your advanced you can add a weight vest or more time.

try to do plank on hands if can – if not go to elbows.

Question: What are the sock liners that you use to keep your feet drier and from blistering?

We like Wigwam Dry Foot Polypropylene Liner Socks as an inner lining sock. We will then put a thicker sock on over the liner. This will reduce blisters dramatically as long as your boot fits properly.
