REST DAY
Stretch slow and methodically for 30 minutes
Fill up gallon jug with a light mixture of powerade (or equivalent electrolyte) and filtered water to sip while stretching
Volley ball stretch (arm behind neck) – 5 each arm
V-ball stretch (arm in front of chest) – 5 each arm
wrist stretch – 10 each way
Arm circles 10 each way
Figure eight arm rotations – 10 each way
Standing hamstring stretch legs straight – 10
Standing hamstring stretch legs crossed – 10
Hip swivel kicks 15 each
Jumping jacks 25
hip mobility drills (Youtube SEALFit hip drill) – 5 each leg
standing windmills arm alternate over head – 10
Standing lunge (slow) and stretch groin – 5 each leg
deep and slow air squats (hang out in the bottom) – 10
swimmers stretch – 10
Sitting ITB stretch – 10 each leg
Sitting calf stretch – 10
Standing ITB stretch (foot on waist high bench) – 10 each leg
Yoga Cobra stretch x 10
Yoga Frog stretch x 10
Yoga Warrior pose x 10
10 minutes deep breathing and meditation
