30 walking lunge
Run 400 m
40 box jumps (24 inch)
Run 400 m
50 air squats
Run 400 m
30 walking lunge, 30 box jumps, 50 air squats
Run 3 miles


Evening workout
3 rounds for time
25 situps
15 knee to chest
20 crunches
10 hollow rock

then… cool down stretch with

Yoga cobra stretch – 10
Yoga frog stretch – 10
Plie squat stretch – 10 (really work to get your knees out and stretch)
10 minutes of deep breathing/meditation/visualization
